This.

We can get value from all sorts of draws. If we get raised we can safely fold as passive players don't put money in the pot without the goods.

Bet/fold 30 for value is good.

You can get another street of value especially on the turn against draws, pairs, pairs + draws.

I do not bet for value again on the river.

If she calls turn and checks river, I check back river and hope she doesn't have JJ-KK.

Does tight mean they've already folded hands worse than yours? Does it mean they're passive? Does it means they're aggressive and would semi-bluff draws and their tightness means AKs is in their range? Does tight mean their range is mostly pocket pairs? Does it mean they do (or don't) have 56 in their range? Does it mean if you bet they're folding all hands worse than yours and only calling with better?

If you bet:
What hands do you think are calling that are worse?
What hands do you think are calling that are better?
What hands do you think are folding?

Your thought process about the hand is a lot more important than whatever hand the Villains showed up with.
