Hi everyone,

We're playing $5 OTB. No blinds, action starts directly after button who posts $5.

Main Villain: $1200 Semi-unknown. MAAG. He plays infrequently, would classify him as a competent but probably marginally losing bad reg. Whines quit a bit. Loose Passive but on the wider side.

MP: $1k~. 30s WG. No real info on this guy. Out of town, drinking a little but hasn't showed down much. Loose Passive gambler type.

Hero: Covers. TAG image, been relatively card dead.

MV $20 MP (4x). Call in MP. Hero calls (?) BTN with 67dd for $15 more. Typically, I lean 3! but villains were on the sticky side and I thought playing a high SPR pot with a hand that flops well with these implied odds in position was fine.

($60) Flop K66r. MV $35. MP calls. Hero calls.

($165) Turn 10x. BD FD now available. MV $80. MP calls. Hero calls (?)

($405) River 4x. FD doesn't get there. x.x. Hero $265. MV $600. MP folds. Hero?

Thanks!

335 to win 1600? Not folding a 6. Villain's line makes no sense

Raise turn. It’s just too fancy to play against two Vs with bottom set on a board that got wetter in this turn.

You have to call the river at this price but I’m not loving it.

I'd bet more on river like $350. As played, call. If you bet $350 and he x/r you still probably call but it sucks.

Interesting. I wasn’t trying to be fancy, could you go into more detail as to why you prefer raising turn? The turn is one of the wetter ones in the deck but part of my logic for just smooth calling was that the PFR and field caller were unlikely to pick up equity on this card.

The field caller is heavily weighted towards pairs up to and including the K and a 6 as I doubt he has very many floats with me behind OTF.

Also, I was thinking I could easily extract more value OTR given that I was IP.

What sizing do you make it? And what are you doing vs a 3!?

how much does it matter that this river spot is extremely underbluffed? It’s true that the price is amazing and his line doesn’t make any sense as ashtona pointed out.

Well there’s 320 in the pot and We want to charge FDs obviously. We’re playing two ranges so we have to fade K,T, FD and possibly a 5 (if someone has 65s). We’re getting no further value from anyone on the river unless we’re beat or they make a gutsy bluff. So I think we should raise now. I’m probably making it 300 to go.

If main V raises turn, I’m probably folding since he has all the kk/TT. I think MP can have draws here that we can call if he raises.

River is gross since it’s Mv raising and he can have boats. Agree the spot is under bluffed. He could have AA and think he’s good against your Kx. He has 6 boats against 6 AA and some AK he might think are the nuts. The price is too good and if he has the boat you must pay that man his money.

Villain's hand makes no sense. No one x/r KK or TT here, they are fist pump leading big. He's frustrated and FOS often enough for me to call this. Expect to see AQs sometimes.

The x/r is weird small too, right? If he had a boat and was going for value he would make it bigger I think.

Thanks everyone.

Results: I tank call for the reasons you guys suggested. MHIG (Villain frustratedly mucks).

I figured it’s a fairly straightforward call but wasn’t sure because of how underbluffed this spot is. I agree raising turn in hindsight would have been better. Got lucky Villain tried to make a move here OTR.
