As for the hand, you should definitely cbet the flop for value as you probably have the best hand and you don't want to give away free cards. Can't really comment much about your fold without any reads on your opponents, sorry.
Why are you cbetting this? I'm checking through 90% of the time here like our Hero did. What hands are you nervous of catching you on the turn? Ax? Pocket pairs? You're betting to fold hands that are way behind and keep hands in that are beating you (any 6, KQ, KJ etc). This is a classic way ahead/way behind situation and no reason to bet. Let them catch a T on the turn with A10 and get some value. If an ace hits the turn, play it straight up. Saying you cbet for value when there is no value to get makes no sense.
As played, seeing how the board ran out I'm honestly probably checking back river and getting to show down, I don't see what calls me besides some mid PP, but if I'm check-raised by 99 I'm in a tough spot. If the board had run out K66T5 then I'll bet for some value on the ten because people will come along with JT, AT etc, but with K6658 it ended up backdooring a lot of mid PPs, straights, etc, plus the possibility of a 6 or a check-raise bluff.
