1000 hours logged, fair indicator? 1000 hours logged, fair indicator?

Hey all,

With 1,000 hours of live logged time at the table, am I ok to validate my hourly rate and BB/HR now? So many different numbers floating around, but 1,000 seems to be a common number, live obviously I'm talking about...

Cheers Mac

1000 hours (25-35,000 hands) is way more than enough to determine whether one is a winner or not when it comes to live play.

true winrate is a different story.

So what is needed for true win rate iyo?

We have a win rate containment thread. Post in that. The quick answer is that as soon as you're interested in calculating your winrate in live poker, you're on the path to becoming a losing player.
