Both hands are from a live 1/2NL session

Hand #1

V1 ($90) LJ opens to $7 (no reads)
V2 ($160) CO calls $7 (tight losing reg)
V3 ($400) B Raises to $25 (tight table image has not 3bet and hasn't opened much) Also this villain says "just call, what you have Queens?"
H ($390) sb Calls with QQ
V1 calls
v2 calls

Flop ($97 after rake) J,8,3 rainbow

Hero checks
V1 checks
V2 checks
V3 bets $65

Hero?

Spoiler:
Hero folds the flop. V3 ends up having KK and stacks V1

Spoiler:
Was this line horrible? I basically turned my QQ into a set mining hand having V3 on a very specific hand range of JJ+, AK. When the flop comes jack high and V3 bets into three players one being short Hero believes QQ are beat and just folds). I am unsure how I play this hand if the flop comes ten high. Most likely a check call check call check fold line.

Hand #2

V1 ($100) +1UTG calls (seems like a bad player, older man who plays too many hands)
V2 ($170) CO raises to $12 (tight losing reg his raises are big hands etc)
H ($380) SB Calls with AQs
V1 calls

Flop ($34 after rake) Qh,8d,3s

Hero checks
V1 checks
V2 bets $25
Hero calls $25
V2 calls $25

Turn ($108 after rake) Kc
Hero checks
V1 checks
v2 bets $65
Hero?

Spoiler:
Hero folds V1 folds V2 doesn't show.

Should I always be check raising this flop? My logic for calling was to not blow either the V1 or the V2 out of the water. My hand should be crushing their ranges now. The worst card in the deck turns and hero is in a tough spot.

Any thoughts or considerations would be great. I tried to make these hands as simple as possible to read. If I did something wrong please let me know as this is my first post on these forums.

PF: How long have you been playing with V? Why did V talk to you? How long did you tank? I think we need more of a read on this V before deciding what to do. It this guy has been sitting there for hours not playing many hands and then finally 3bets he likely only 3betting with AK, QQ+.

I really just want to 4! here because it's the opposite of what he told us to do. Maybe 4!/fold to $65 to make it look we were mulling what to do with AA. I don't know, maybe that's stupid.

F (97): (4) handed. SPR is 3.7 against V. Well, we aren't really going to fold after we decided to call PF and then flop an overpair. I'm calling this street and then check/folding the turn.

Really? Your going to stack off 200bb against what the OP described as "tight table image has not 3bet and hasn't opened much" Most V at this level are only 3! AK, QQ+.

4b to 65 and fold would be an option since nobody is 5b worse here and most aren't good enough to flat w AA/KK

hand 1: If you call you're in a terrible spot and you're almost always against AA, KK. If you're gonna call off all 3 streets you might as well shove (but don't do that). Fold, be sad

hand 2: "(tight losing reg his raises are big hands etc)" how big? If his raises are always AK, KK, AA - you can fold AQs pre, because of this spot exactly. Sucks but you're gonna end up in spots like this, you won't know where you're at and will pay off way too often.

On the turn just fold.

Hand 1: I think i prefer Bet/Fold Flop for $55

Hand 2: This is close preflop. The target is to get V1's stack in there, as we're ahead of his range. V2's read is that his raises are big hands, how about his calls? I'd imagine he'd 3bet AK, QQ+ pre given V1 stack. I lean towards 3bet squeeze here to $55 pre, and ideally V1 calls and V2 folds.
As played, just fold I guess.

thats a funny comment by V in hand 1, usually, psychologically this means he has QQ barely beat (KK) , I think you played it fine against this particular V with this particular comment pre, but I still prefer 3bet/fold pre and shut down if called, just in case he is messing with us.

hand 2 3bet pre and fire 3/4 on flop, AP fold is good
