Limp pre-flop. If you are going to open, open small enough that you can call a 3-bet and set-mine. $7 seems fine. If you get raised to $20 you can still call.

But if you open to $12 and get raised to $30, you really can't call.

As played, c-bet is fine on the flop.

Check/call turn. Have have decent equity here. Try to realize it. Don't risk getting blasted off of your hand by a raise.

With a small PP, I'm looking to make 15x my preflop investment when I flop a set to make up for the times I flop it & still lose. Here, you're going to be OOP, unless a blind calls, making it harder to win money post-flop.
