V hard to describe but I'm considering him "erratic" at this point. Could be buzzed/drunk. Nothing really extraordinary but just seems to be playing a bit odd. Not super active or particularly agro just seems somehow "off".

Effective stacks around $250

3 limps, Hero $17 with KQo from HJ or so, folds around, 1 limper calls, V calls.

Flop $55
K65

check, check, Hero $35, fold, V raises to $100

Feels fold or shove. Board is relatively dry. I suspect that 55, 66, 65 are in his range and AA and AK are not.

he woke up suddenly or he woke up with the hand?

very feeling based.

erratic vilain can also have K5 or K6 in their range as well as A6...

is he kind of vilain comitting 100bb in a pot to end up to showdown with TPWK vs TPTK or 2ndPTK vs TPGK? if so, easy call.

I think Shoving the worst play here because u want to keep his bluffs/spewy move in the rythm.

so based on read call/fold > shove

of course
call to call turn or fold > call to fold turn > shove

I think u are in a guessing game , u need to tell more history and previous hands played.

with no info u cannot decide but shove is obvious worst option IP

Yeah don't have too much beyond what I already wrote. He's been at the table < 1 hour and I'm not sure I've seen him showdown a hand except maybe in one of those 3 limpers, check all the way and win a $6 pot hands. His frequencies haven't been too out of line. He plays too many hands and limps too much but he has open raised and has bet and taken it down post flop.

The erratic feeling comes as much from what/the way he's been talking. Like comments that don't really make sense or stories that don't really fit in. And he's kind of switching between being totally quiet for 10 minutes to being very talkative for 10 minutes.

I can see what you're saying about not wanting to shove and basically giving him a chance to call with all better and fold all worse. I'd say thought that call/call > shove > call/fold. If I call this flop I'm pretty much never folding.
