Thought this was a tough spot in my 1/2 game today:
9 handed

Hero has $240, everyone in this hand covers

utg limps
utg+1 limps
fold
fold
villain 1 limps
limp
Villain 2 on button limps
sb folds
hero in bb checks with T8

Villain 1 is the only really relevant villain and hes an 80 yr old guy who isnt horrible but is definitely a significant losing player. I've seen him make quite a few bad calls on the river. Not sure how he plays his draws.

Villain 2 is aggressive and likes to bluff, but I think thats irrelevant here.

Flop: $13
843

Hero leads $12, utg fold, utg+1 call, Villain 1 raises to $26, fold, villain 2 on button calls, hero calls, utg+1 calls

Turn: $117
8439

Hero leads $65?, utg+1 folds, Villain 1 calls quickly, villain 2 on button calls

Hate giving a free card here with 3 other ppl in the hand. I was really hoping that only villain 1 would call.. Not feeling great about my hand but what else can I do?

River: $312
84395

Hero shoves remaining $147. Thoughts??

Against the players described I would just try to get more money in on the flop

Obvious shove on river as played

With top pair and FD I'd lead out on the flop as I can get some worse pairs to call and disguise my draw.

With 2nd pair and FD I'd be more tempted to check raise in an attempt to take the pot early by repping a stronger hand (2pair or set). Obviously if I then got min raised I'd call with my draw and try to gii on the turn if I hit. If someone 3bets the flop I'm obviously in a sticky situation and have a tough decision. I'd have to put them on sets, 2pair and overcards+FD or a combo draw. Depending on the exact sizing I'd likely have to call off my stack in a marginal spot but that happens sometimes.

As played I'd bet the turn bigger. Calling the flop raise and leading out on turn makes it look like you have a flush. Nothing you can do to hide it and at these stsck depths you arent realistically getting away frombit if yoi are overflushed so may as well go for big value vs 2pair+ and smaller flushes before a fourth flush card or board pair arrives.

River you just have to run with it and gii. Yes you lose to higher flushes but still have plenty of 2pair sets and now straights that can call you.
