1/2 holdem, 9max, 900eff.

UTG+3 opens 10, CO(fish) calls, Hero/SB Sq 55 AhQh, UTG call, CO folds.
Villain Early 20's BG, chat and jokes a lot, plays agro but I think he was just running hot. Also he build up 900 from 300 in last hour, and might be money scared. Was opening and calling 3bets wide but not crazy.

Flop Qc9d7s, pot 122. I cbet 60, he quickly raises to 165, hero calls. After 30 sec, he tells me something about showing this hand for free this time(regarding the conversation we had before), looks relaxed and has a big smile(while this is his basic expression) I don't think he will fast play set on the flop, Q9s or overpair is possible(might try to get fish into pot with KK+))

Turn 4d. I check, planning to check fold if he will continue aggression, but he instantly checks back.

River Tc, pot 452. It's really hard to put opponent on an overpair or better after he instantly checks back this turn, so I decide to go for a value bet, despite villain doesn't have many hands to call me with. Hero bet 220. Do you agree on this?

its obvious pretty close. one benefit to you betting half pot on the river is if he does have aces or kings then he probably won't re-raise you.

i think some people might recommend going like 1/3rd pot like 150 or so. because playing this deep he might be afraid to re raise you and play for stacks.
