Is this 1/3 game even worth playing?

Hand 1: Effective stacks, $250-$300

1 limp, MP rec raises to $16, Hero calls in CO with 96, 3 other calls

Flop ($65): 963r
BB bets $50, MP calls, Hero raises to $200, BB and MP both shove for $250-$300

BB shows A6 with BDFD and MP shows 66! Ofcourse, I fold this preflop 99% of the time, but an orbit ago, MP doubled up through Hero where he raised $15 pre with AJ, called Hero's SB 3bet to $50, and stacked off $150 more on a JT3hh flop where Hero cbet $90 and he went all-in for $150. So I figured MP was passive and had a monster when he raised pre over a limper so I was looking to flop gin against that range and get paid off almost always.

Hand 2:

5-6 way limped pot, snug Hero completes J7 in SB

Flop ($20): J74
Hero bets $20, folds around to BTN ($200) who raises to $40, Hero shoves, BTN calls with 44

Even if Hero has enough history with BTN that he never raised a FD or TP on flop but might have a worse two pair here, can we ever fold this?

Fold pre, both times. Game is a gold mine. BBV is ----> that way.
