Villain is old and this is the first hand that he's played. Villain has 130 behind. Hero is young punk.

EP open for $10, EP caller, Hero calls in LP, Villain calls from BB.

Hero has KQo.

Flop comes Q33. Checks around to hero who makes it 30, Villain raises to 60, fold, fold. I think Villain could have AQ,KQ,QJ,QTs,TT,99,88,77. I've seen people play pairs weirdly a few times. They think you have overs so they don't want you to get a free card. I also know that villain is moving in with his entire range on the turn (he only has 60 behind). Out of position aggressors don't slow down until they get caught bluffing in my experience. I call the raise.

Turn is a brick. Villain moves all in for another 60. I think his range is about the same.

How would you have played this hand?

Bet smaller on flop. In general vs old guy that is semi-competent I'm folding to raise on flop. If he's a loose player then his range includes a 3. If he's a tight player thinking more like AQ maybe KQ or KK type hands. Don't see how you can ever expect him to have TT to 77 here.

I fold pre, vs an old guy UTG raise your KQo has pretty bad reverse implied odds.

AP I fold to his flop raise. Old guy isn't check raising 99 here lol. He has at absolute worst AQ here. Honestly this is more or less a donation if you called flop and turn here. You are almost never good.

Not sure why AA and KK aren't included in his range. Old guys will sometimes just call out of the blinds with big PPs and see a flop then do exactly this, min raise to keep you and your TPGK in the hand.

Fold, you're beat.

I think I like a raise here pre flop a good percentage of the time but it depends on how nitty the EP raiser was. It he's a super nit then I'm probably folding. I like betting less on the flop and now I'm folding to the minraise. V has a 3 here more than 50% of the time from my experience.
