Top 2 on Q-high broadway flop

We are at a profitable table. To Hero's immediate left is a tight fish, next to his left is a loose bluff happy fish, then two solid players, the rest of the table is passive. Trying to play as many hands with the two fish as possible and avoid playing out of position against the reg's. Limps are consistently getting through at this table, and raises are getting action.

Hero has a solid winning image and has some history with loose fish.

(hand1: position raise from button with middling connected hand, fish calls from BB, we c-bet flop get called, check check, he puts in an pot sized bet on river and shows a busted flush draw, it was the best hand)
(hand2: position raise with AQ vs same player in BB, A-high flop c-bet gets called, check check, puts in another large bet with 44 and gets snapped off. he seemed tilted after that hand)
(hand3: MP raise with 98s gets called by loose fish and a couple others, 789 flop, we c-bet, he raises all in 100 more. everyone folds we call and are up against QT off suit. he hits a 6)

Hero is UTG+1 with QJ off suit with ~250

9-handed

Hero?

Hand isn't good enough to limp or raise. Even if you wanted to mix it up wait for QJs, you don't need many loose raises in EP.

If the hand is highly likely to limp around then limping isn't terrible but you not limping to hit one pair. Your trying to get lucky against one of the fish.

Ok, I agree with folding this hand basically always. But If I'm gonna be against a player trying to bluff way to often, and no-one is punishing a limp without a goodhand, it didn't feel like a terrible spot to try and see a flop.

Hero Limps
Tight Fish makes it 6 from UTG+2
Loose Fish Calls
the two 'solid' ish players fold
the blinds call
Hero throws in the 4 more

and flop is QJT Pot(30)

blinds check

Even on a table where "limps are consistently getting through" you're going to get raised some % and you absolutely cannot call a raise, so you're going to lose the whole 1BB there, and the hand just isn't good enough multiway OOP to make that money back.

Edit: Bet like 20-25.
