Too much aggression here? Too much aggression here?

$1/2
V1 straddles BTN for $10 - Loose, sticky, really spazzy. Playing ~$400.

V2 is in BB w/ $550, flats the $10. A slightly better player for the average $1/2 pond but certainly not someone to worry about. Some limited aggression but really not going to get out of line. V2 absolutely has noticed how loose and aggressive H is and is adjusting to lighten up.

H has $500 and gets KhTh in the CO and makes it $42. Both V's call.

Flop ($123)
9hJsQh - Well that's a good flop for me.

V2 checks. I feel like I'm leading nearly 100% of my range here based on game flow but realistically it's probably more like 60-75%. This board smashes both V's calling ranges and therefor I should be betting for value.

Is that the right line of thinking and if so, what sizing are you targeting?

Betting 100% of your range here is huge spew. You're perceived as aggressive against one player who you describe as sticky and spazzy, and one player who has started to adjust to your aggression. There are a lot of high equity hands so it's pretty suicidal to ever bluff here and I'd be checking a lot of one pair hands as well.

Just Pot/allin on any turn. Lots of hands can continue on this flop even vs. a large sizing and they're mostly drawing dead or thin.

Going with the big flop bet here ($90+). V1 is sticky, and V2 is attentive/adjusting to Hero's LAG play. Great spot to get fat value. Their flop call range to a $90-100 bet is likely to be quite similar to their call range to a $60-70 bet, very inelastic at this bet size range.
