Why does position matter when you get all-in? And you went in post-flop anyway so what's the difference? The only way position is relevant here is that it widens V's range if anything, since he's on the BTN and you say he has a history of heavy 3b frequency from the BTN.
With how uncomfortable you were in this spot, I can assure you that you should not be playing in this game
at all. If the limits influence your bankroll and give you anxiety then you can't possibly be playing profitable poker.
