I would say in my room it's some bad players. A lot know what their doing but like to gamble

One thing that seemed to help me was learning to value bet thinner. Two things happen with this...
1) your opponents call and think you are a goober for betting with "that" hand.
2) your opponents fold, you muck, and there is some suspicion that you were bluffing.

It is pretty amazing what this can do to weaker regs. Because vs other tag regs, you bet your strong hand strong, they sometimes fold, you muck, and they think you might of been bluffing. So you end up having a looser image than you think you do because of the folds you sometimes get.

During the hay-day of the poker boom, a local guy destroyed the home games playing just a plain tag style but also value betting thin. Us other regs saw him betting thin against stations and thought he was bluffing when they folded or being a donk when they called. Then he tightened up vs us and we called him way too light.
