suited one gaper hand

Hello folks, first post.

Villian- Early 20's kid. Been playing pretty aggressively and opening up wide. I noticed him adjust his opening bet size from 12 to 17 when he got too many callers. He is pretty decent, mainly due to his aggression and awarness. Has made bad colds though and sucked out each time. Running hot.

Hero-mid twenties dude, and probably seen as competent and somewhat loose aggressive by Villian. I have raised some c-bets with air against the fit/folds and I think villian notices this.

Hand- Villian opens to 10 from mid position.

Hero on button calls with 6d4d. Stack 300, villian covers.

Folds around, heads up to flop.

Flop. 5h5d7d $23

Villian bets 10
Hero raises to 30
Villian Re-raises to 60....hero?

Fold pre, then I flat flop and raise turn instead considering villain expect you to be raising c-bets. I'm guessing we can make it $165 here and comitt but we're not laughing. Flatting and play turns fit/fold is probably not terrible.

If you noticed that he has seen you raise C-bets with junk a lot of the time he will be re-raising you with his Ace high's etc. If you are even a little confident about that, raise to around $175 and call a 4 bet (although expect to pick it up here)! If he does have a big pair you are not doing that bad. Even if he has quads or a full house your still have 2 outs!

As played I would:

-shove flop if villain doesn't herocall with Ax because your hand looks like a FD

-call flop and shove turn if he bets or check back

Yeah get it in. Unless he has 55 or 77 you're flipping. Plus he might fold

Min-raise here by him suggests that we have a lot of FE in my opinion. Lot of times this is just too see where he is at.

Pump it back here with 2 cards to come and FE

Thanks for the responses. I was kicking myself for not shipping it on the flop.
