with his stack size he should have 3bet all in right pre flop? I really didnt put him on TT was my bluff easy to see? I played really tight the whole session. And the villain was a callstation called almost every hand.

You describe button as a calling station so he is calling with any part of board, it doesn't really matter if your bluff is obvious or not.

Depending on how wide button calls preflop the shove could be fine. If he calls wide and actually has enough unpaired hands on the flop then shove, otherwise check/fold. You are not getting a calling station to fold any pair on this flop.

Check/fold against a calling station. If he didn't connect with the flop he might just check back. You're not getting AJ to call most probably and you're not folding out any pair so shoving here doesn't work as a value bet or as a bluff.

While tournaments and cash from the outside look the same, they play very differently. You made a classic tournament move by putting pressure on the villain by going all in. In tournaments, you have a much higher fold equity because if someone busts out, they lose their chance of the top prize which is worth a significant amount of money compared to the buy in. In cash, it is just $40 and the villain just can buy back in the next hand. You're going to get called a lot lighter in this situation.

Would have checked the flop.

Jam flop is more than fine... SPR <1 and he can have anything here. It's hugely +EV to shove here, we can get called by many worse hands that sometimes bluff us out.

thanks guys! yeah because he didnt jam pre I didnt put him on a pocket pair more on a Kx Ax hand. How would you guys play this hand if you had TT like the villain pre flop.

Jamming flop here is unexploitable.

Checking and/or folding however would be VERY exploitable. We only need ~35% equity vs his calling range and he can have al kinds of draws.

Against other types of fish a shove could be better but I don't think hero is actually getting the equity needed in this situation. Based on experience of what a stationary fish calls off 1/3 of his stack preflop it's pairs/AK/high suited connectors. The AK is blocked by hero obviously so the other hands are more likely. The pairs are not folding and the high suited connectors hit the Q9 board a lot.

As for what to do with TT play it the same but shove flop. A stationary fish has enough 9X/lower pairs to go along with draws that shoving is fine. And note that if villain was a good player I probably check/fold TT on this flop because for a lot AA/KK inviting other people into the hand makes up most of their range. Anything else that wanted to play would shove preflop to isolate.
