Hero(covers)- mid twenties and kind of getting hit by the deck but probably seem aggro. Been doing a lot of raising.
Villian1 (250$)- mid 30's. Not a fish and can read boards and call, fold, or raise correctly.
Villian2 (200$) -fishy, loose passive.

Hand- Villian 1 opens for 12 in MP, Villian 2 flats in LP, hero 3 bets to 35 with AcKs in SB.
Both villians call.

Flop-100$ AdAh2d

Hero leads out for 65$

Thoughts?

Pre is too small.

Flop is too large.

Nobody is folding an ace so just bet/bet/shove

Agreed we have leeway to bet the flop smaller, but pre even if we only get one caller the spr will be less than 4. No one has good odds to out flop us, assuming they're behind pre.

Villian 1 tanked for minute and begrudgingly folded. I think he had a medium PP 88, 99 ,10. I am not sure if it results thinking but in retrospect I would have liked.a check from myself better.

Flop bet should be more like $25-40 but he might have folded anyway.

I make it like $50 pre and 1/2 pot bet on the flop. If either have anything to call with they are going to have it now.

Looks good to me. (I wouldn't worry if they all fold on the flop), They were folding for $10 if they have nothing, )i.e. no draw and no hand, and are calling $65 if they have something (An A or a draw).

Just read your results. IMHO I don't think checking here (on flop) is better.

50 pre. Can keep postflop bets a little smaller relative to pot since it's such a WA/WB spot that's easy to get stacks in at any point. Want to get villains pot stuck with non-A hands if possible.

How & why? Given pf, KK/QQ prob not in their ranges, and you don't want them getting a cheap turn with diamonds. Really tough to get Villains to put in much with a mid pair here. Much better to force draws to call incorrectly or stack someone with the case A.

I don't see why we need to make it more pf. If we make it 50 and get one caller, we're going to have to give up on most flops after putting in 20-25% of effective stacks. Obv with deeper stacks we'd make it ~50, but a 3bet to 35-40 here still denies Villains correct odds to setmine, and SPR will still be plenty low enough for us to be happy to gii with tptk.

QQ is always in PF flatting ranges for LLSNL villains. Hero apparently has an aggro image, so is more likely to get at least one street with a smaller cbet against villains. Diamonds are pretty unlikely given the Ad on the flop.

Not a slow playing spot. Preflop 3 bet was too small. Money left ton the table there.
