Nice to see 2+2 finally got a live nl forum

The casino I play at has a promotion called a splash pot. This is where the house puts $100 in dead money into the pot that the winner of the hand gets regardless of stack size. As you can imagine the table goes nuts and there is usually 4 people all in preflop.

Since I play shortstack about 90% of the time these situations are very ideal for me...I don't mind the variance just want a good +ev range.

So lets say I am up against 3 other players getting 4-1 on a call. Whats our range? Right now mine is any pair A10s+ AJo+ KJo+. All I need is 20%+ equality against 3 other people to be +ev. I would probably put our opponents ranges on any ace pair broadway or high sc.
