OK so hero has fold equity, the question is, how to maximize it.
Problem being, if I understand correctly, is that sometimes you're so short that you can't price people out with a pfr. Easier to price them out OTF because a) villain probably won't hit anyway, and b) there are only two cards to come.
So hero's options are
1. Jam pre, figuring (s)he does have enough stack leverage to get folds (true?)
2. Call/jam, which would work fine against one player, maybe not so much against ten
3. Raise pre to thin the field, and then jam the flop, assuming there are enough bullets in the magazine to accomplish both (are there?)
