I know this is higher than I'm supposed to post here, but I feel like I made some fundamental mistakes and will get better responses here.

Full ring 5/T straddle this hand for 20
Game just opened, we're all 1k effective

Utg +2 opens to 60
I flat in MP w QQ
MP +1 flats
Folds to straddle who calls.

Flop 432 rainbow pot 250
Check to Utg+2 who bets 100
I raise to 260
Mp+1 calls
Straddle folds
Utg +2 all-in
Hero??

First of all I'm giving MP no credit for having us beat ever. I can run through it, but he's terrible pre and basically 99% capped under us by not 3 betting flop himself.

Heres where I wanted some feedback. At the time I range UTG on most sets, weights a little against 33 and 22 so maybe 6 combos of sets, all combos of AA+KK (12combos), and some JJ+TT at the time I gave him maybe half so like 6 combos, probably a 65 or two for him also. Basically I was thinking 6 hands we beat, 2 semi bluffs, and 18 combos of hands were we have 2 outs. I think in retrospect the utg+2 vil is much more solid than above and weighted much more toward sets and KK+ than JJ and TT/really any semi bluffs.

It's 680 for us to call and w the pot now laying 680:1710 I get almost all the way to folding and then kinda spaz and take the 2.5:1.

A few questions.

How would you guys range a solid Utg vil here after the 100/AI? The 100 really threw me off and I think heavily contributed to my call off.

Do you raise flop here or do you feel like we can let a card go on 432 and get value later?

If we don't raise flop then 7 rainbow is turn, pot 550 probably, and I'm positive that Utg vil leads out for 300, what would you do here?

Last. If you do, or have made mistakes like this in the past (bad call offs like this have been a sizeable leak for me, also difficult time accurately ranging higher level players) what are you studying/practicing/mentally preparing to try to improve? All general leak plugged strat welcome here.

With the straddle you are like 50bb effective and you have QQ why would you not 3-bet and play for stacks postflop?

"game just opened" basically yall are readless i don't think villain is going to be capable of exploiting you this early doubt he has a bluffing range just fold, next time 3-bet preflop.

I think the flat is ok, but after you get 4 callers and you get this action it's a pretty trival fold unless you have reads.

I personally think UTG+2 has JJ+ and since you block QQ that means he is more likely to have JJ, KK or AA. I don't think UTG+2 is raising 60 with 2s 3s or 4s. It is just a losing bet. Most players at this stake will just open fold those types of hands early position.

Also you have someone who cold calls your 260 bet. This spot is so disgusting I would actually order a cocktail and fold. You really can't do anything in this spot. This is a -EV situation and you need to bail. Why do you think MP can't have anything here? Even terrible players hit a flop once in a while, and this one is pretty coordinated.

I think a better situation would of been to 3bet fold pre. I only say that because you don't know the type of player he is. If he was willing to get it in with TT+ than by all mean call it off, but from what i've noticed is people arn't willing to commit with TT+ early in the session.

There is no shame in folding QQ - you don't have to stack off just because you get a great starting hand.
