Slow play flush or reraise it on turn? Slow play flush or reraise it on turn?

I'm in a pretty loose live $1/$2 table. I'm on the button with Jd/4d. There's five people ahead of me. The flop comes out Kd/9d/2c. The cutoff bet's $10 and I call and one other person calls.

Out comes 10d. UTG checks it, cutoff bet's $20, I figure he's made a weaker flush or he's betting his K and something else. I want UTG to call(he's super loose and titlty) so I simply call $20 instead of reraising it. UTG calls.

Out comes an an ace of diamond.

UTG shoves, cutoff calls and I call ( I had like 60$ left at this point ).

Spoiler:

I insta flip my Jd, UTG folds and the cutoff shows me Qd/Kc!!! **** me.

Should I really be concerned about another diamond coming on the river if there's three diamonds on the board?
