2/2 typical limpy game.

V 40s Arab, friendly and talkative. Reg, not super bad, but definitely a loosing abc player, that calls too much. Stack 350. Reloaded around 150. Not played any big hands that I remember.

Hero has made two big Calls and V applauded him for it. Had a few hands vs Villain where Hero bet pre and cbet took it down. Stack 600, bought in for 300.

Hero KT BTN 14 over 3 limper (including V), all limper call.

Flop 58
Q92
Checks through.

Turn 58
Q92J
Sb (bad reg) leads for 36, V calls, Hero raises to 140, Sb folds, V calls (after 25secs).

River 372
Q92JT
V insta checks (Seems extremely pained by this river), Hero bets ???

Really wasnt sure about my sizing for this river, because V doesnt at all think in terms of odds or anything like this.

Shove. This river makes a lot of two pairs for V which he'll likely tank call with. If he folds, he probably would've folded to a smaller bet anyway.

V has just under $200 left? Just shove. V's leak is that he calls too much, and I can't believe he calls $100 twice as much as a shove.

Shove.

I'd overlimp pre instead of raise. I happily raise one limper, but against three you can expect some calls. If you wanna raise, make it big...like $20. It will either let you take it down pre or likely get you HU instead of 4-way.

I shoved, v tank folded QT and said that he would have called 100 for sure.

This just makes me wonder if it's better to
Bet an amount on a 4straight board that gets called for sure, than betting an amount that can basically only be called by a straight. Probably a bet between 50-100 is looked up 100% of the time, no matter how fishy the sizing is by such an opponent.

It can go both ways. Sometimes the small bets screams so much of value that people end up sigh folding. Other times the shove looks so bluffy that people ending up calling because they think you're stealing.

Depends on your image and their tendencies.

C-bet the flop. River is a definite value shove, he would need to call ~$100 more than twice as often as he calls a shove for the smaller sizing to be correct.
