Villain sat down an orbit or so ago (A lot of my posts seem to start this way for some reason...) and hasn't done anything noteworthy. Hero hasn't been at the table for much longer, although I took a dinner break and sat down at the same table again. V doesn't know this though.
V has $300, Hero also has $300. 1/2 NL.
V opens in EP for $7. I didn't read a lot of strength in his raise, mostly due to the sizing.
Hero 3-bets to $20 with A

. This is pretty much the rock-bottom of my 3b range in this position. The table has been loose-passive and I thought a 3b here would take it down often enough against what I thought was probably a pot-sweetener. For some reason, three people call behind, and V calls as well. 5 ways to the flop. So much for plan A.

V donk bets $40. Hero calls because I don't mind a player or two coming in the pot behind me.
One other V calls the $40. 3 players left.

($220)
V bets $35.
Hero raises to $135. V2 calls all-in for less (don't recall the amount now)
V calls $100.

V shoves all-in for ~$100. Hero snap calls (and loses to JJ, but whatever). More interested in comments about sizing.
