Villain is a TAG MAWG. Haven't seen him do anything out of line, but I haven't really been paying attention to the action.

6 handed straddle pot, Villain opens 35 from the SB, I call from the BB with QJo, and the straddler calls. Pots 105

Flop J102r. Villain leads 55 I call and bb fold. Pots 210

Turn is a 9. He checks and I'm tired, so I tank check trying to figure out if I should bet to get value from A10/AK/AQ type hands.
River is a jack, so we have trips. He leads for 40, I raise to 200, and then he reraises to 800.

Hero??

Fold on the river when he bombs you, easy fold. 3 bet raise on the river like this is like 99 percent the nutz.

If this is a tight middle aged guy who havent been out of line at all, i fold this pre pretty easily too. QJ off is a trap hand with huge reverse implied odds attached to it: edit as this hand probably also is yet another proof of.

The only thing I can think of that would check this turn is exactly KQ, and I think those hands squeeze from the SB in a straddled pot no problem, at least if it's suited. His 1/4 bet is kinda weird but not out of line if he thinks youre like ridiculously weak and will call just to see his hand. I doubt he's worried about you having a boat because who checks a set on a drawy turn card like this?

Hand history is incorrect. Hero is BB? BB folds otf? I presume you mean straddle folds.

Looks like he has a boat to me. Easy b/f.

This is a super easy fold pre. Your position sucks, your relative position sucks, it's a 7BB raise and your hand is very mediocre.

God knows what he has, but the number of players who can bluff 3bet a river at LLSNL is statistically equal to zero, so you have to fold. It's actually a great spot for a bluff because you are capped, as javi mentioned, but there's no way I'm putting some guy on a river 3bet bluff without some specific information that he's capable of it.

I don’t have too much to add to what’s already been said, but I will say u could 3b bluff QJo preflop which is also reasonable. I don’t like to call.

As played, I fold the riv

oh yeah forgot to mention, preflop call is poor. Even if villain has something like 78s, playing QJo 2nd to act without initiative with what might end up being 5 other players is just the nut low, you'll never make any hand you can play for stacks with. You're just begging to flop top pair or 2 pair and lose it all with a hand like this. And as someone mention there's a slight 2% chance you could 4bet bluff pre just because of the SB squeeze, but it's so high variance since we're really just guessing unless you have a lock solid read/history with him.

If the villain is truly a TAG, it is a fold pf. That said, the number of actual TAGs playing LLSNL is just slightly above the number of players that will 3bet bluff at the river.
