Shove/fold on the flop with overpair?

I'm going to disagree with the 20-25:1 threshold to set mine at these stakes. Flopping sets vs a preflop raiser holding an overpair is where we make the "easiest money" in the lowest no limit stakes. Villians in these games never fold over pairs.
I'm not saying to blindly call without consideration of stack size. I like to get at least 15:1 but will even go a little less than that against certain villians.
I can understand the theory behind the 20-25 statement. From my experience, I just think you can set mine profitably, at the lowest stakes, with a smaller threshold.
