Kookie, your read range sounds good. So if the only hands likely to fold are 9x, why not just call the flop? Get it in when you hit, not a great semibluff spot IMO. If the flush comes she probably won't fold 4x, and most flushes will pay you off for entire stack unless very deep.
OTOH, if stacks are short, shove is better, but not consequential either way.

Whatever this chick has, she isn't folding. You say she seems to understand bet sizing in various spots, then she donks for 1/3 pot into 36 players. This is the kind of bet players make when they don't want to scare everybody off. You have a great hand to just call and peel a turn. Your overcards can't be counted as clean outs because in general when a player who "understands bet sizing" donks into the whole table when there was an 11x raise pre, they have better than top pair. So, when considering that, you have zero fold equity and 25%-40% pot equity. This looks like a pretty straightforward call to me. Your best case scenario is that she has TT without the Tc (that's a coin flip and makes shoving profitable due to dead money.)

Honestly, with so much dead money in the pot, shoving is probably negligible, but I think calling is better.
