Pre, flop and turn look good.

River is a really good spot to check/jam. Villain has a bunch of strong hands (AA,QQ,AQ,AK) that always bet, as well as some bluffs. It sucks when he checks back KK or KQ but those hands mostly dont call a full PSB on the river anyway.

Leading is obviously fine also, but we have so little natural bluff hands in this spot that we probably should bet smaller, like 110-140.

Pre and flop seem fine. I actually might have CR this turn to rep a flopped set and try to get to fold an Ace or a hand like KK. IF we get called or shipped on, we have good equity to fall back on with the FD and (potential) two pair/trip outs.

AP, I would probably just shove the river to make it look bluffier.

This absolutely has to be 3-bet pre-flop, and then barrelled for value.

Take the betting lead, read board textures, evaluate villain's actions, and make profitable aggressive moves throughout the entire hand. That's how you play drawing hands. Especially QJ, which is the supreme overlord of all drawing hands.

I mean, I'm trying not to be results oriented here, but this runout is exactly why you want to 3-bet/barrell hands like this.

As played we're on the river, with 2nd nuts, and we've got less than 25% of stacks in. Sinful.

I'm not trying to flame the OP here, but asking what to do about river sizing is just the wrong question.

Given the V line, looks like there are a number of strong hands in his range. I'd check/jam.

Feel free to ignore me.

Or, feel free to explain why flat-calling QJs against an unknown MP raiser at 1/2 is "fine"

either is ok with me. Not sure what you're accomplishing with this post above though.

lol @ this thread already.

flatting PF is fine with our hand.

raising PF is fine with our hand.

folding this pre is not happening.

AP, flop and turn are standard. Raising turn isn't good IMO b/c when we get jammed on it's fkn gross.

I prefer a ck/jam river, but leading can't be bad. Especially if you have QxKc type hands that you turn into a bluff here.

I hate playing suited connectors OOP. pre-flop is a 3-bet or fold from me, but heavily leaning towards fold against that size. As played I think this spot needs to be like $120 or a jam, leaning more towards $120. The $200 just seems like it could just get way too many folds. At 1/2 I just go for the sizing that can get calls from top or 2nd pair. At 2/5, or against tougher opposition, I can get behind a well balanced jam.

Specifically this spot, what hands are bluff jamming? QJ no club? Q10s? Legit just asking what you'd consider bluffing with here.

For me this is 3 bet pre or fold.
