Should I shove with TT on the turn? Should I shove with TT on the turn?

So I'm playing a $1-$2 game live, players have seen me show up with AA, AQ and AJ and I'm playing fairly tight. I'm in the big blind with $120 and I'm the effective stack. Villain raises to $5 on the cutoff. I 3bet to $15 with TT and he instantly calls. For that hand and a couple of hands before he's been calling whenever I've been calling so I feel like he might be wanted to outplay me (to be fair I'm still a beginner).

So we go to the flop, it's A,5,4 rainbow. (pot is about $30)
I decide to continue betting as I'm the most likely person to have that ace in my range. I bet and he instantly calls. He's been playing tight himself and I'm on the fence whether he has anything or not.

The turn is an offsuit queen. I know if I check, whatever he has he will bet big and I will fold because I thought putting my entire stack on the line with two overs to my pair isn't the best plan of the night. I was playing for 1.5 hours and this was probably his third or forth hand he was in. So I check, he shoves instantly and I ???.

I feel like his "instant" all in might've been a tell also, but I'm not sure.
So here are my questions:
1. Should I have 3bet a late position raise with pocket tens?
2. Should I have cbet the ace high board?
3. Should I have bet on the turn, and if so how big?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forum, OP. Please don't include results, as they bias advice. I edited them out.

In order to answer your questions, we need to know the stack sizes and bet sizes on the flop and turn.

Generally, though, if I c-bet an ace-high board with an underpair and get called, I'm not putting any more money in without either my hand improving, or a solid read on my V. Trying to get LLSNL Vs to fold TPWK is a good way to go broke. Getting TPWK to call when you have better is a good way to print money.

You need to play a more value oriented strategy. Playing hands like this face-up will make you a lot of money in the long run. On this flop, check because you can't get value from worse. As played turn is obviously a check/fold. Raise larger pre for value.

If you think villain is likely to bluff, checking the flop can induce him to bluff. That being said, it's very common for new players to think other players are trying to push them around. I actually think the opposite is the case. I'm less likely to bluff beginning players because they are less likely to fold.

1. Yes 3 bet. but sizing is to small. Min $20

2. Yes cbet this board heads up. $20

3. No, check fold.
