Hero is at 205 about an hour into a mid-day game. He's in the BB with 3

There are three limpers and Hero checks.

Hero has a set on a rough board. Hero bets 10.
UTG calls the 10. He has 95 or so. He's an OMC, very tight, and a really great guy. I always enjoy talking to him. He's a 70 yo WG who's retired. I put him on a big heart or a flush already after he calls.

TURN

Hero checks. UTG bets 15. Do you just fold here to an OMC and assume you're beat or hope for a board pair?

Call $15 to win $44. You're getting 3 to 1 pot odds on the board pairing (10 outs). One card to come gives you about 4 to 1. We're also assuming you're not drawing dead vs. a higher set.

If OMC has the flush, is he going to pay you off if the board pairs? Will he do that often enough to make up for the odds that you're not getting? I have a feeling he'd have a hard time laying down his flush if he's playing as tight as you say, he may not be thrilled letting go of his big hand when they come around so infrequently.

You need 25% equity to call not including implied odds. You have 23%. Its a very easy call. If you boat up, lead $35-$40. Hes not folding a flush hardly ever unless he has something like 4h5h which most OMCs dont even play

Yeah, I couldn't stop myself from calling there. I was wondering though if the rest of the world would save the 15 or not draw to the boat/quads. I'm always looking for leaks and sadly i often find them lol
