I'm playing 2/5 no limit at Charles town and the Villian is a very loose and aggressive player who bets at every pot pretty much. He has over a thousand and I have about 800. I straddled 15 and woke up with kk and made it 75 he called in position the flopped comes A K Q two hearts I check he bets 70 I raise to 250 he says all in what do I do? Am I ever folding. The hand

Yes, you can easily fold this hand.

Spoiler:
On the river, after you call the all in on the flop, and he shows you a better hand once all the cards are dealt.
But not before.

Yes, obvious call is obvious. With his call, but before his raise, there is $650 in the pot. His effective raise is $475 (your remaining stack) so you're looking at paying $475 of a $1600 pot, or 29.7% of the pot. You therefore only need 29.7% equity to call.

Even if he shows you the nuts with the nut re-draw (JhTh), you have 29.55% equity. The only hand you're a real dog to is AA, which is very unlikely. Against a realistic range, you are laughing here.

This is a close spot. We either fist pump and then call or just call. IDK which one is more GTO.

Would be irritating to check and have him xb but read as stated is that he goes for every pot so I x/r here. vs. a less flamboyant villain I'd just cbet big.
