1/2 effective stacks 350.

LAG player (opened about 40% of hands with raises in any position) opens UTG to 12, HJ flats, Hero raises to 35 with JJ, both players call.

Flop is J 10 4 - Rainbow. It checks to hero who bets 35, both players call.

Pot is now 210.

Turn is a Queen, again rainbow no chance of flush. Both players check, Hero bets 100, LAG shoves...hero?

Also I like a larger raise pre, about 50. (There is a caller)

Also I like a larger c-bet. If pot is 108 I like a bet of about 1/2 pot. Lots of stuff can call u so mine as well get some value.

I’d bet more like 60-65 on flop.

Never folding at this price, but AK is more likely to have peeled given the low flop bet.

Also LAG opening 40% only partially charactizes V. What’s his UTG open, what’s his 3-bet call %, does he play very aggressively postflop, etc.

As played, my math is right, there's 280 back on the turn, so short of him showing you a straight or QQ, you can call (even if he has a straight, it's a 2.5 bb mistake given the price you're getting). His range is going to include crazy stuff like KTo or QT or stuff like that, in which you're smashing him, too.

More pre and more on flop.

If you went $50 pre and both called and bet 1/2 PSB ($75) on flop you could just shove turn for 225/375.

Not the way you played it. At low stakes I wouldn't recommend betting less than 1/2 pot, ever. All it does multiway is gives every single draw (even poor backdoor draws that shouldn't be in the hand) a good price to see other cards.

Also, people don't fold enough at low stakes - so take full advantage of it with your premiums. Charge draws the max.
