Hi, played this Hand in a live 2.5/2.5 game:

SB: (150 bb)
BB: (40 bb)
UTG: (70 bb)
UTG+1: (80 bb)
UTG+2: (140 bb)
MP1: (80 bb)
MP2: (100 bb)
LP: (60 bb)
CO: (120 bb)
Hero (BTN): (125 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with 5 5
UTG+2 Limps
MP2: Raises to 5BB
Hero: Call
UTG+2: Call

Flop: (15BB) 7h 5s Tc (3 players)
UTG+2 bets 6BB, MP2 raises to 20BB, Hero ?

Both Players seems solid.

Any thoughts of you guys?

I would flat here and look to GII on the turn. MP2's range is largely overpairs (and I guess TT), so I think you are miles ahead here a lot. That being said if MP2 is willing to stack off with an OP on this flop, then you can shove.

I'd make it 50BBs there. I guess you can flat too. The guy bet 6BB into a 15 pot which I think is the cause of the confusion there.

Flat. Keep your range as wide as possible.

You’ve got two more streets to GII and he’s repping AT-AA. Don’t let him off the hook.

Thank you for the Responses.
I raised it to 40BB to push UTG+2 away from the hand (Looks for me like he's drawing for something).
I expected MP2 to call off with all his overpairs to reevaluate ott - seems very nitty and exploitable for me if he folds them otf vs my raise.

End of the Story: UTG+2 folds. MP2 open folds KK.

Maybe I should Keep this in mind for the next time to exploit him there.

What do you think? Is his fold too weak?

His fold is not weak. He raised pre and got 2 callers. EP leads into him on the flop and he raises. It’s obvious at that point he has a set or JJ+. You then 3b him on a super dry board. You might as well have turned your cards face up at that point and showed him your set. Just flat the flop on this dry board and let him continue firing on the turn. There’s only 6 combos of sets that beat you and 24 combos of JJ-AA.

Wish I didn't read the results, but my advice would still be to flat here.

The board is dry and I'm not sure why you want to push UTG+2 from his hand (what's he drawing for? unless he's exactly on 89, not for much, no flushes possible before river)

You can always bomb the turn on any safe card. (and there are way more safe cards here than not)
