Casino regs have developed hard immunity against well established viruses. No one has any immunity for this one, the first ones who get infected will be the ones who will be developing immunity defenses for the rest of mankind.

If you catch it and survive you get immune to this strain.
No word on whether immunity can be transferred by drinking your bathwater.

Four LA casinos are "temporarily" closing this weekend. The Bike, Commerce, Hawaiian Gardens and Hollywood Park. The announcements said they plan to re-open in two weeks. I don't know why they bothered with putting a re-opening date at this time considering things will almost certainly be worse two weeks from now.

I saw the Wynn also said they plan to re-open their poker room in about three weeks.

I don't really get why this was separated from the main pen thread. People talk about everyday life stuff plus poker in the pen and coronavirus is effecting, well, basically everything including poker so I don't see the point in separating it. But I don't make the rules.

Yesterday's troll of shoppers is already obsolete. Today the Mart was out of vegetables and mostly out of bread, flour and meat. Meanwhile the only EtOH shortage was hard seltzers, whatever those are.

Two weeks is about the time people can go without starting to panic about their livelihood. The logic is that the virus will dissapate once we hit spring.

Unfortunately, the southern hemisphere seems to be having the same level of infection level as the northern. I expect that we're looking at 2 months of this, if it goes well.

I heard Macau closed for two weeks only. If you have money @ a casino, I do recommend taking it out. LA casino cages will be open 10 am - 4pm until the 21st at least. Oh, and commerce had an employee test positive.
