Second nuts, raise river? 1-2 Second nuts, raise river? 1-2

Villain overvalued AX on a AJ8J board by jamming over my min-raise on the turn, after he raised the flop. I had J8 for the second lowest boat and tank called. Limped pot.

Hero's image is a tight player, and is studying at the table.

Effective stacks are 430ish

Preflop-
Villain-UTG+2 Raises 6
2 calls.
Hero-BB- 67o, calls 4

Flop-24
Q85-two clubs
Checked around.

Turn-24
Q859- two clubs, two diamonds
Hero bets 16
Villain raises 50
Hero calls

River-124
Q8593 no flush.
Hero checks
Villain bets 100
Hero-?

I figured hands that I beat that play this way are 88-55-99 and hands that I chop with/beat me are J10 suited and unsuited, and 67 suited. I know I'm calling 100% but is it worth it for me to raise here?

Feel free to comment on the hand.

Shove river. I also would have bet the flop.

Fold 67o in EP pre- even to a small raise.

As played, checking OTF is ok. I would have made a pot-sized bet OTT to properly charge the flush draws but that's somewhat moot w/Villain's raise. OTR if you raise you're putting in well over 1/2 of your remaining stack which will turn into All in if Villain re-raises. I don't want to do this unless we have the nuts here - J10 is in Villain's pre-flop range and he got to see the turn card for free so we have to really consider he could have this hand. I'd just call here.
