H ($950) LP - MAWG - V1 has not been paying attention to how I'm playing.

BTN straddles to $5. BB calls, V1 in EP calls, V2 in MP calls, H has QQ in LP, makes it $40. V1 and V2 calls.

I view this as a good turn for me. I put no 9's in V's range here. Probably TT, JJ, KK, AA, maybe AKcc (I don't remember if I have Qc). V has slow played a lot of monsters recently, check calling the whole way. I figure V should have more TT or JJ than KK or AA.

H bets $100, not 100% sure if it's a blocker bet IP assuming V will check river to me and I'll check back or if I'm betting to induce as V1 very well may put me on AK and call his underpairs or maybe, maybe even shove w/ AK.

H bets $100 and V1 shoves for $326 total. That's $226 to me into a pot of $746. Am I ever folding here? Am I snap calling? Sign calling or puke folding.

I assume the flop cbet is standard OTF, what are thoughts on the turn?

This analysis reads very strange to me. Why are there no 9s in V's range? Why would he be likely to have TT+ merely because he's slowplayed hands before? Like maybe there's something missing from your description because I don't see how any of that follows.

It's not possible to blocking bet in position, the point is to stop the other player betting large. I would check back turn with the plan of snapping off river bluffs. Betting just makes him fold random stuff that we don't want him to fold.

As said just because slowplays a lot does not mean they have a premium hand when they call. She limped pre... There are a ton of 9s in her range.

Just check turn and get a bet in on the river. B/f turn is also fine. I'm not stacking off against fish with one pair in the low stakes unless you really have a read they are bliffy

1/2 players have a ton of 9s here. turn bet is not good.

I expect to see 9x and boats 90% of the time if I call, which I don't.
