This analysis reads very strange to me. Why are there no 9s in V's range? Why would he be likely to have TT+ merely because he's slowplayed hands before? Like maybe there's something missing from your description because I don't see how any of that follows.
It's not possible to blocking bet in position, the point is to stop the other player betting large. I would check back turn with the plan of snapping off river bluffs. Betting just makes him fold random stuff that we don't want him to fold.
