Home game, $.50/$1

Villain ($200) has been successful in our game. Seems to be pretty loose, quite aggressive.
Hero (covers table). Pretty tight opening range, bet aggressively with high cbet percentage. Tend to get stationy.

One limp to Hero in MP, raises to $5 with AK. Folds to Villain in SB, who calls. BB Calls. Limper folds.

Flop is K93 ($16)

Villain leads for $15. BB Folds. Hero calls.

Turn is 7 ($46)

Villain bets $30. Hero calls.

River is K. ($106)

Villain bets $70. Hero? (Thoughts on all streets appreciated.)

That’s an overplay. Just call.

I love the shove if V is a thinking player with a fold button, but in most home games they have a lot of Broadway hearts in their range here and say "I haz floooosh, call." Also I don't think the shove is for value because I don't think they call often enough with the KQ/KJ part of their range.

Do we realize it’s almost a minraise shove? Nobody is ever folding a flush there.

Hand is fine. Just call. Nobody is folding a flush. (Unless you are a 100% nit -- and might have to add OMC to that description to get someone to fold.)

Curious what range people think that Villain holds here. I think QJ/QT/JT of hearts as well as Khx is really the only hands in villains lead range on the flop. He has slow-played 2p and sets, so 99/33 would be looking to x/r the flop or x/c and then x/r the turn. AxKh from this villain would always be a 3b! pre.

I thought about jamming the turn to possibly fold out some flushes with equity left if I was called, but felt this Villain is almost always calling with a flush and folding almost all of his Kx range.

I think just call is fine.

OTT, I just call too. Let V keep barreling w/ worse. And don't put extra money in when we are behind.

I said the hand was played fine, but I probably would have raised the flop. If you are flatting the flop vs. an aggressive player, I think you need to call him down.

If that's your range for his hand, though, just fold river.

quite the line there that he has taken, leads into preflop raiser on all 3 streets, quite loose and aggressive indeed, I lead towards a call vs his player type,
what is he leading in the small blind into pf raiser with ? flush draw seems kinda weird to lead with, as what line does he leave himself with when he bricks out, I guess he can have 99 / 33 for a boat which would make more sense, tough to put him on a flush here though, I think its a sigh call, 75% psb its a sigh call, if he went 1.5x pot or 2x pot would be a more tougher decision imo, what did he show ?

Do nothing other than call. Sorry you got coolered by a bad river card that made you call. I hate that.

Villain turned up with KhJx and Hero scooped.

I generally respect this player's game and was surprised by his donk lead OTF. I thought he would be doing this with Kxhh or a combo draw like QJ/QT/JT rather than a hand with pretty good SDV but far less strength than 3 streets of betting. Also, given my PFR and call on two streets, along with the flush out there, I thought he would be looking to x/c with Kx. Given how I ranged him, it should have been a fold and I only won because I got stubborn. I badly misread his range and need to rethink it, and probably reevaluate this player as well.

If you were villain, would you x/c flop, x/c turn, and then either b/f or x/c river?
