Playing 1/2 with a $5 straddle from winner of last hand. This hand straddle is utg1, I open 20 with T9hh from utg3, get called by both blinds (I start hand with $600,sb has $200, bb has me covered). Flop 8c7c5d. Chk, chk, I bet 40, call by both blinds. Turn Js. Check, check, I bet 125, called by bb. River 2c. Bb checks and I shove.

Should I be betting 210 and folding to shove on river assuming my read is that villain isn’t turning any hands into a bluff on river?

Also, is there a better turn sizing to induce villain to make more ev mistakes with his range here?

I think we can bet a bit smaller OTF. 30-35 works better imo because the board favors the calling ranges from the blinds a bit more than us. Not really a big deal though. I like the turn sizing. OTR, we have just about a PSB, right..? OTR is obviously bad for us. Hard to get called by worse when we shove for sure as the front door flush completing weakens hands we already beat. I'd fire out something thin, like $75-100 and fold to a shove.

edit:.. actually, I like betting even less OTR, maybe $50-80. His 2p+sets would let us know on this wet ass board more often than not, so really, we're trying to target like 86/98/T8/A8.

Yeah, I had trouble falling asleep after this hand. I included sets and 2prs in river range but the more I thought about it, those hands do likely x/c or xr flop and then lead or x/r turn for protection.
