3 players checking down all the way, I'm in the middle and river broadway on a rainbow unpaired board. First to act checks and before I can act button bets $5. Dealer backs up action to me.
I'm not betting $5 - there's like $40 in the pot. But if I check they hold him to his action, UTG might just call $5 and I can pop it up to a proper $30 or so. Angle? Unethical? Or do I just bet the $30 I would if B hadn't acted out of turn?

Def check. The real question is raise sizing. Will he reraise if we raise small? Will he call a big raise?
