What chamaincan said. There are many more factors to account for...
1) we have to hit a set
2) he has to hit or have an overpair
3) he raised from LP so his range should e wider if he's decent like OP suggests
4)we are OOP
If it was multiway then there is a better chance someone will stack off when we do hit.
Only way I 3b is if I'm confident I have a big post flop advantage and OP doesn't suggest that he does.
