Same 1/3 table

Guy who was the EP limper in the previous hand 3! a BTN raise to 15, SB call to 75. Sb calls

Both players were over 1k starting the hand

Flop 7x4c2c

Sb check/calls 75

Turn Kc

Sb checks, BB ships 800, SB snap calls with A7cc. Bb flips KK. Is flabergasted he just lost 800. He's been talking about how he got coolered nonstop since

I seriously want to go home because I'm tired, but these players are straight up incompetent

My donk hand from the other night.

Guy doubled up and didn’t tip dealer.

Next hand he straddles UTG and I’m B.B.

I look down at 8d 9d

One limper. SB completes. I make it $22.

Straddler ans both limpers call.

Flop Q 9 7 with one diamond.

I bet $45. UTG shoves. Other two fold and I snap call (only $53 more).

Turn K. River 10.

I say ‘I have a 9.’ He shrugs. I show. MHIG.

Entire table is talking about hand for at least an hour and tells each new player who sits down about how I played the hand.

1/3 MGM National Harbor early in the morning. V is fish on tilt. TAG raises $15 in MP, hero pops it to $75 with AdAc, fishy V in BB tank calls with $104 behind. TAG folds. Hero bets $100 dark, flop Kd-10d-6c. V goes all in for $104, call, V tables:

6d2d.

He misses his flush. Scoop. Merry Christmas.

He quickly returns to the table with less than the min buy in and asks everyone at the table for $15 so he can continue playing, promising $150 if he wins.

Another fish at the table gives him $100 for his $85 but dealer won't allow it. V cusses out dealer and is told by the floor to leave for the day. Hero racks up. Fin.

3 consecutive $100 splash pots at 1/2. 7 or 8 handed.

My friend open shoves utg. All fold.

Several limped to my bb. A couple folds. I make it 42. All fold.

Much whining.

My friend is in bb. Takes out raising chips. One limp. I limp. All others fold. He checks.

We take limped flop 3 ways with 106 in the middle.

What?
Hand 1 - I guess the shove was $100+?
Hand 2 - $42 plus some limpers is a $100 splash pot?
Hand 3 - 2 limps and a check but there's $106 in the middle somehow?

A splash pot is when they drop some money into the pot before the hand starts.

So in this case there was $100 in the pot before the cards were dealt.

And people were folding for $2.

Oh wow, I thought you were referring to the action being splashy, which is why I was so lost. That's a juicy promotion, especially at a table this soft. Nice scoops.

Resurrecting my favorite thread for a hand I played in Vegas a couple months ago.

I was pretty drunk and coming off a high, so my memory is a bit hazy. Uncapped 1/2NL at the Golden Nugget downtown. The guy on my left is a chatty semi-pro, plus a couple other donks.

Effective stacks are somewhere in the $400 range (I think it was me).

2 limps, and I raise to $13 OTB with A5. SB min 3-bets to like $25. Both limpers call, and I call.

Flop($100)Q32 Nice.

SB bets $45. Limper raises to $100. I actually have a real decision in this hand. I have enough equity to GII, especially 3-ways, but there is no way the limper has a fold range here. I go with a flat. SB thinks for a moment and folds.

Turn ($345)Q324

The limper jams, and i know we throw the phrase around here, but I may have literally beat her into the pot with my call I was so psyched. She had.... Q9

It was a good night, in for $200, out for about $1K, played for about 5ish hours.

I liked this thread before it was “look at a stupid thing this fish did.” Should just be locked and a new one made if that’s what people want because it’s not true to the OP.
