Ranges should dictate bet size but not like this. It doesn't really matter how many bluffs your have wrt sizing, unless you don't have enough to balance your value. In that case you shouldn't necessarily be betting large. The distribution of medium-strong hands compared to your opponent is more important. For example if you have a lot of nutted hands and your opponent doesn't, you might want to use some large sizes, including overbets, to maximize value, and the opponent is forced to call with relatively weak hands to prevent you from bluffing. If you have a lot of middling strength hands and the opponent can have strong hands, you might prefer a small sizing to still get value and deny equity without risking too much money when you happen to be against the strong part of villain's range.
