There's also the arch set up where you can block two pullup bars and two adjustable cables. And you often had to carry the EZ curl bar quite a ways to get there.

Had globogym to myself last night, they went back to normal hours but didn't actually announce it. I took the bold step of removing my mask for the last 3 minutes of the stair master.

Standard opening sizes:
Adjust midgame if needed but,
In a 2/5 versus 5/5 games, should standard opening sizes be different to not incentivize sb as much and for the amount of preflop dead money
For example:
2/5 standard open 15, 5/5 standard open 20?

Gordo my standart open in 2/5 is 20. I also tack on 5$ for each limper (one limper 25, 2 limpers 30). If I am raising outta the blind to a bunch of limpers I charge an extra 5$ for being oop. so 1 limper would be 30$ 2 would b 35 etc

I adjust all o this stuff if people r fishy in the blind and they will pay more etc, but this is the framework I use and it has served me well in the live environment

I am not a fan of varying size based on my cards. I have won an absolute shitload of money punishing people who do that. And even though i could prolly get away with it I do not want to put myself into a fuct up spot where I get into leveling myself

When playing 5/10 and below I’ve seen plenty of opps to vary sizing based on the lineup.

Above I keep consistent sizing which adjust based on table conditions- ie when playing 3 handed I open 2x on btn but 4 handed 2.5x
