Yeah I absolutely adore my R8. Have not tracked it and don't really plan to abuse it on a track. Brakes on cars are like these are very expensive to replace, if I wanted to drive on a track I'd probably just rent a Porsche 911 directly at the track.

No tickets. Haven't gone very fast in it, probably only like 115 mph briefly? The best parts about the car are the sound (I have an aftermarket exhaust that is very loud), the way the engine revs, how the gated shifter feels, and how the car corners. My S5 is a sporty car but if you push it really hard through a corner you can feel the body roll and understeer as your grip runs out. With the R8 being much lower, stiffer, and mid-engined it just stays completely flat and balanced through corners. It makes my S5 feel like an SUV by comparison.

New house has a convection oven, so was finally able to try an air fryer wings recipe. Not bad. About the same as grilled, but a lot less work.

If you mean convection oven and air fryer, yeah, they are absolutely the same thing. If you mean grilled wings vs "air fried," they are not exactly the same, but comparable. Much more similar than either is to deep fried, imo.

I can agree with this. I didn't even know there was such a thing as an air fryer until I started dating my gf. First meal she made for me had air fried rutabaga french fries. As cringe as that sounds, they were actually pretty delicious. Never had rutabaga before.
