Apparently there is some park that straddles the border and the Mounties will let you walk to the American side, but the cops guard the parking lot so you can't actually enter america. the point is the park is currently acting as no mans land.

Another weird spot is Point Roberts, a little USA spot which is only accessible by land via Canada. Lotta Canadians have cabins down there and haven't been allowed to go down and check on them. Our next door neighbours actually have an RV parked at their cabin there and haven't had access to it for a year+; their temporary solution is to buy another RV.

To be fair, the majority of hosts I've dealt with always pay out and are super nice. You have to be like that if you want to be successful.

I have a 97 328i which uses the m52 a 2.8 inline six with bmw vtec. 190/200tq. The m3 is a 3.2 with 240/240 I think. Quick enough to get in trouble though

Yeah US-spec E36 were limited to 240 HP which is unfortunate. In Europe they got the full 320 HP. How many miles on yours? Will you track/drift it?

I have 205k and it goes up fast. I’ve replaced all the bushings, clutch, flywheel, starter, cooling system , VCG, pretty much everything you can think of. I’d like to get 300k out of the engine. My mechanic swapped an m54 into his and got a lsd as well- his car is very quick and I like it. But not quick enough for me spend 3-5k to do the swap. Maybe I’ll turbo but I feel like those have limited longevity
