For those not hip, slickrock is a sandstone that is kind of like rolling hills and can be quite steep but is surprisingly grippy so you can pedal or drive up stuff that appears impossible (redneck heaven - bunch o yahoos taking their 4x4 rigs up and down this). Fun as hell to navigate up and down

I'm still in ski mode with a slice of golf, but this downhill MTB stuff seems alright. We have a single track I ride in our township's open space but no serious riding for me yet.

And people are surprised that if I wish to watch a movie, I would prefer to do so in the comfort of my home with no randos around, my own couch, good beer, and the ability to set the volume to any level I desire. I seriously don't understand why people still go to movie theaters.

This is true. I've been killing it since the gyms fully re-opened and am back to my pre-covid strength level. In a few more months I think I'll be able to do a 450 lbs squat.

Also with a strong finish last night I had my second $100K month from poker. Came close a few other times but last month I ran very well in big pots to achieve that.

Will probably spew on a car at some point this year. Life is good.
