My wife, before she told me about it, decided to pick at the wound to see what it was about and opened up a pretty sizable crack in the ****ing thing. Very upsetting.

I got prices for a full redo but it was like 30,000 and with IVF coming down the pipeline we just moved on. When COVID is over I'm likely hiring my FIL to come down and do some work.

seriously - tiling isn't rocket science. youtube and a little effort and you can get a respectable outcome. you also don't need a ton of tools to do it. hell, if you dont want to keep any of the tools after the fact just lump sum them on marketplace for 60% of your initial cost and consider the 40% a rental price.

I’ll be specific. The amount was 2.5k. It went up to 2.8k in two hours. Sold $500. Sleeping now, will make some more moves in my portfolio before I start work (poker) tomorrow.

the short term capital gains are the annoying part, I’m confident in the plays and have practiced good BRM.

I think RTP slots in somewhere above Chip and Homer and just a tick under ILCD.

I would probably be playing 5/10 at commerce right now donking off piles and piles $$ that once upon a time took me a while to accumulate if I hadn’t listened to the grind and or Squid, DC and everyone else itt
