Went to a Rod Stewart concert at Madison Square Garden during Blondes Have More Fun era. Open act comes on and gets into the SECOND song...and the crowd starts booing. By middle of the next song, crowd is louder than the stage! They walk off without another note.

Anyone guess the band?

I can type pretty well without looking down; however, now and again I get tripped up with hot keys and special characters.

I can legit say that typing was the only useful skill that I learned in high school that I still use to this day (and pretty sure I was done that by grade 9?).

Does Vegas still have that Pinball Museum? Stuffed full of both classic pinball and arcade games... with the real kicker being the games run on the original cost (i.e. 25 cents for an 80s arcade game). Fantastic cheap time waster when you're tired of the regular strip scene.

Yes.

Buncha reasons but essentially the following three things all aligned at the same time:

1. I don't want to be a homeowner anymore.
2. Its a pretty wild seller's market right now.
3. It was a good time to sell and move for some personal life reasons.
