I dont read his thread. He is simply too toxic and unhappy of a person for me to want to interact with. The only threads I follow over there are yours and spyu's. I honestly was reluctant to post about trap bar stuff in yours cuz those guys are soo negative in that forum (and i wrongly thought that was what renton was doing). I have to assume that was what he was calling me out on.

Recreating: Day number 50 on the hill this season in the bag. I have 2 pals left on the us team and another is now a coach. Me and spc gunna go to the bobsled track tomorrow and hang out and relive the glory days with 'em. Hoping that we can get some lunch trays and bomb the track tomorrow night. Uncertain about security at the track these days. But it is a wickid pissah haulin ass down that track sitting on a lunch tray the speeds attained are ackshually pretty high and the adrenaline can get pumpin.
