Rick - that forum is beyond toxic mang. I would advise going to a fitness forum other than what 2p2 offers. Yes there are some dudes that are legit, but the nastiness is not worth the price of admission imo.

So are you guys suggesting I should be doing less reps and more weight? And if so, how many reps do you do on average?

I do do 12 reps for goblet squats because I heard 12-15 is GTO when it comes to squats

Speaking of lifting, a video was recently released that made "The Mountain" Halfthor Bjornsson look really bad....like a really bad sport.

Now Halfthor is acting a *****, taking his ball and going home, saying he probably won't ever compete in World's Strongest Man again because he is upset about this video. I bet he changes his tune in the future but right now he is acting like a big crybaby and it can't be good for his brand.

Was getting restless so decided to move a bunch of furniture around.

Carried a sectional couch upstairs by myself , another couch and arm chair downstairs. Had to remove my door off the hinges to get it done. Moved a bunch of other crap around.

Result - we both dislike but ain’t undoing it now.

Welp, we're officially moved in now. After yesterday's painting marathon, I was finally able to hang the art/diplomas. Last move in item done, and not even 2 years since we bought the house.

Well, our borders are closed for international travel (likely for another 12-18 months) apart from returning residents and even they need to spend 14 days in supervised quarantine in city hotels.

And I don’t think you’ll be able to get a sponsored work visa given the local unemployment rate but...once the restrictions get lifted you can get a 12 month visa if you’re under 30 and a 3 month holiday visa if you’re over.

And no taxes on gambling income so...
